Cocktails coast to coast. A guide to the best bars of Los Angeles and New York City that you will find us at all summer long.
The Tower Bar
Located inside West Hollywood’s Sunset Tower Hotel, The Tower Bar serves as both a restaurant and lounge with poolside dining out on the terrace. The iconic and timeless Hollywood glamour motif is carried throughout the chic and cozy space. Sip on cocktails as jazz pianists set the tone for a sophisticated and luxurious evening.
Vibrant and colorful, Mama Shelter has panoramic views of Los Angeles from the Hollywood Hills to Century City. Twinkly lights are strewn above illuminating the deck at evening time. Potted banana trees, comfy lounge seating, and game tables give Mama Shelter an endless summer feel.
This swanky two-story restaurant and lounge is a neighborhood hot spot known for its eclectic and stylish ambiance, notable guests, and bustling crowd. Instagrammable interiors are refined through the glowing neon signs, plethora of greenery from room to room, and palm printed decor. Dinner is served on the first floor while the upstairs opens at 11 PM with limited access.
Adorned with bold graffiti and bright murals, Vandal, by TAO Group, is located on the Lower East Side. This ultra stylish restaurant is known for their street food, street art, and globally inspired cocktail menu. The lounge features garden dining and a cellar bar, but it’s the 11- foot tall neon pink breakdancing bunny that surely grabs the attention of all Vandal guests.
Located atop the historic Beekman Tower, Ophelia, captures the characteristics of old city charm and modern elegance. This rooftop bar opened their doors just this past February and has already become a neighborhood favorite winning over guests with their panoramic city views and sophisticated style. Design goes past interiors as the cocktails are served with an artistic approach. Extraordinary mixes include the “Purple Tuxedo” which is topped with edible golden flakes.
Refinery Rooftop reigns as one of the finest bars of NYC. Refinery’s retractable glass roof allows for year-round visits by both locals and travelers. The exposed brick and wood floors set the tone for a rustic and romantic atmosphere that is complemented by the stunning view of the Empire State Building. Handcrafted cocktails that focus on fresh and natural ingredients are seasonally selected to perfection. Summertime sips include the house special, Frosé.
